Yay!! It’s a new year, new slate, new start, new beginning. It’s safe to say we may be feeling the need for a body reset and even mental reset.
The most amazing thing is that have to do a wash diet or hours upon hours of exercises to get back on track. Your body is resilient and grab itself. There are some ways of geltry the body back on track.
- Drink warm water with lemon
Begin your day with warm water and you can sip it intermentently during the day. Lemon alkalize the body ,it help metabolism and curbs cravings to the minimum.
*Apply on warm green tea, sipping warm green tea before and after meals helps with digestion and metabolism it also help in reducing bloating, constipation and irritable bowel.
*Eating with intention, eating only when hungry and not just eating
*Drinking a lit of water. Water helps to stay hydrated throughout the day and it helps to release riding from the body.
*Reducing carbohydrate. Eating more of fruits, proteins, less carbohydrate. Balancing all food types. Eating in moderation.
